How to Track Order on Daraz

Introduction

Placing orders on online stores, especially on Daraz is fun, but you must also be willing to know the whereabouts of your order. In the realm of emerging technology, you should not be worrying about it. Stay calm as you can do it single-handedly.

Login Daraz account

• Login to your account
• Click on the link that you received in your email
• Enter your username and password, then click on login
• Click on forgot password link (you will be directed to another page)
• Enter your email id and click on reset password link

Go to Order History

You can track your order history by going to the Order History page. The Track button is located on the right side of this page and clicking it will bring up a pop-up box with details about each step in the process of placing an order:

• Tracking Number: The unique identifier assigned to each transaction, which should be written down for a reference if needed. This number is also used when searching for a specific item or order.
• Status: Shows what stage your order is at (e.g., “Pending”) and whether it has been paid or canceled by you (or by another customer). If you want more information regarding why an item may be awaiting shipment, check out our blog post here!

Click on Track Button

The first step to tracking your order is to click on the “Track” button.

You will be able to see the status of your delivery, as well as share it with someone else if you wish. They can also see if they need to contact you about it at any point during its journey.

Stay Updated About Your Order

Now that you know how to track an order, it’s a good idea to make sure you stay updated about your order. You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account on Daraz or clicking on ‘My Orders’ in the menu. There, you will find all of the details about each item that has been placed with us so far.

If something goes wrong with one of these orders (or if someone else places an order through our website), we’ll let you know right away via email!

Status of Your Order

To see your tracking details, click on the Track button in the top right corner of your screen.

You’ll then be taken to a page where you can view all of the information about your order.

Share the Tracking Link with Someone

• You can share the tracking link with someone and they will also be able to see the status of your delivery.
• You can track your order from your phone, computer or tablet by visiting the tracking link of your parcel or order.
