
How to Return on Daraz
Introduction
Daraz understands that sometimes you might have to return a product. Daraz has a simple return policy for its customers. If you don’t like the product, or it is damaged or defective, you can return it within 30-days from the date of delivery. However, if you miss the pickup on the scheduled date and time, we will inform our courier partner to reschedule another pick-up attempt within 48 hours of your last failed attempt. Please note that Daraz reserves rights to cancel any order for which no successful pick up was attempted in 7 days from the date of order placement. All returns are subject to quality checks by the seller before they are accepted on Daraz Online Return Center (DORC).
Log in to your Daraz account.
To return an item, log in to your Daraz account and navigate to the returns page. You can also click on the [Returns] button at the top of any Daraz page.
On this page, you will see all your past orders with links for each order as well as a link that says “Return Order.” Clicking here will direct you to a page where you can select an order, view items purchased in that order, mark items as damaged or unfit for purpose (if applicable), add details about why you are returning them (if applicable), and specify whether or not those items should be returned at full price or reduced price once they have been assessed by Daraz’s quality assurance team.
If any of these details need changing before proceeding with a return request then simply edit them now before submitting your request!

When you have selected the order, you will be able to see the items associated with the order. Select the item(s) that you would like to return and proceed.
If you would like to return an item, select the box next to “I want to return this item” and then proceed. If you have selected multiple items as part of your order, each item must be returned individually by selecting it from below and clicking submit.
Returning an entire order: To return all items in an order at once, select “Yes” for this option on the screen that appears after you click on “Return” on daraz.pk’s website or app. You will then be provided with instructions on how to do so via email within 24 hours of requesting a refund or exchange.

If a customer has used the product and wishes to return it for an exchange or refund, he/she can visit any Daraz shop with his/her original receipt and the product. Daraz will then collect all such products from their respective outlets after verifying that they are unused, unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging.

In order to make a return, you should log in to your daraz account and navigate to the returns page by clicking on “My Orders” tab – Then click on “Request Return”.
Once you have selected the order, you will be able to see the items associated with the order. You can also add missing items and remove any item from your list of returns before submitting it and sending it back to Daraz.
Conclusion
You can return the product to our location or request a return pick-up from your Daraz account within 15 days of the item being shipped. Please note that items must be returned in original condition, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
